In line with the latest research and best practices, dental professionals now recommend that teeth whitening trays, especially those that have not been used for some time, should be checked by a clinician before additional whitening gel is applied. This ensures a proper fit and prevents any potential irritation or discomfort during your treatment.
How to Get Your Teeth Whitening Gel Top-Up
If you’re an existing patient and need more whitening gel for your trays, we’ve made it easy for you to top up your treatment. We suggest bringing your trays to your routine dental hygienist appointment. This way, you can conveniently get your gel without needing to schedule a separate visit.
Important Reminder: Pre-Booking for Whitening Gel
To ensure we have enough gel available for you, please call, text, or email us at least one week prior to your appointment to let us know you need additional teeth whitening gel. This allows us to set aside the gel specifically for you.
Please note, if you simply turn up without pre-ordering your gel, there’s a risk that all available gel may be allocated to other patients, and we won’t have any left for you.
