We work hard to ensure your teeth are in good repair at our dental health review, but every now and then dental emergencies can occur.
If you are registered with us and have a dental emergency then you can call us during our working hours and we'll fit you in that day, even if we're fully booked. We aim to see you within 24 hours if it's not urgent.

If you're in pain out of practice opening hours we're available to help and advise you. You can call the practice on 01722 413 311 any time and you'll be told how to get in touch with us.
I broke a tooth recently - Rob was able to see me really quickly and did an amazing job fixing the tooth. Honestly, you would never know it had ever happened. It looks completely natural. Brilliant job. He also puts up with my very sensitive gag-reflex with good humour!
If you have dental emergency please call the practice on 01722 413311 and we will try to see you the same day. The fee for this appointment is £135 however, if you are a member of the practice this emergency assessment will be covered.
If you have a dental emergency out of hours and need to be seen urgently, please call the practice on 01722 413311, listen to the telephone message and follow the instructions. You’ll be provided with a telephone number which you will then need to call and leave a message. Rob will call you back as soon as he can.
If Rob needs to open surgery out of hours there will be an additional fee for this.
There will be times when Rob is away on holiday. During these times we work with a trusted local practice who will see you in his absence. Please call reception on 01722 413311 and they will arrange an appointment with the covering dentist.
If you have joined our membership you will be able to claim back some costs of the emergency call out fee’s as well as any emergency temporary treatment you receive, if you are not a member please speak to a member of our team for more information.
For people who are members of our dental plan an emergency assessment during working hours is free, and out of hours costs can be claimed back. The non-member cost is £135 for an emergency assessment in normal hours, £175 Monday-Friday and £275 weekends and bank holidays.
